Description
Spend the morning being bathed in soothing sounds in the beautiful walled garden at Cuerden Valley Park followed by brunch at Cuerden View Café.
Sound bath facilitator, Katie will guide you into deep relaxation creating a soundscape from instruments like the ocean drum, alchemy crystal singing bowls and chimes with the beautiful natural sounds from the park of birdsong and trees rustling as the backing track. There are so many benefits to receiving a sound bath from easing stress and anxiety, to helping to lift your mood, to improving your sleep.
