As of the 15th of April, work will begin on a new parking management system across all of the car parks in Cuerden Valley Park.
The new system will be run by Park with Ease, based in Northwich.
Having assessed feedback from visitors, our new system will be pay-on-exit, with upgraded touchscreen parking machines which will be more user-friendly. The system they use is still AMPR cameras, which means your vehicle will be tracked on entry.
We will still have a 20-minute ‘drop off’ period & we have reintroduced a new 1.5-hour time slot for £1.50 in addition to the normal timeslots we currently have in the park.
The work will take approximately two weeks, during which time we’re asking park users to pay for their parking in the café.
