There are lots of way for companies to support the park, whether you are a small local business or a regional hub supporting the Trust can be a great way of supporting your staff and raising your profile.
The Trust has a long track record of partnership working with companies locally and regionally. Moving forward we are keen to broaden this work.
Recent examples include:
- Staff from businesses volunteering in the park with our Ranger Service – tasks vary but could include tree and wildflower planting or building bird & bat boxes
- Sponsorship of project or events – e.g. the creation of a new growing project in our Walled Yard or our Beer and Gin Festival each June
- Purchasing or donating equipment or tools for our team – recent examples include remote cameras for wildlife photography and building materials for our new Outdoor Classroom
- Hosting corporate away days and off-site team meetings in our beautiful Walled Orchard – This includes bespoke food package and activities, we can host up to 200 people!
For bigger businesses, supporting the Trust and our work can be a great way of meeting your Corporate Social Responsibility objectives.

Cuerden Valley Park Trust is currently working toward the accreditation needed to offer Offsite Units as part of the new National Biodiversity Net Gain programme. If you are a developer keen to identify a local or regional delivery partner then please get in touch.
For 2024, we will be offering a broader package of team building activities including a brand new licensed Orchard Tap Bar & Axe Throwing
