We’ve being working closely with Leyland Trucks Helping hands and all proceeds from the race will go towards The Natalie Kate Moss Trust. Their mission is to prevent more tragedies from occurring by empowering you to understand how to prevent lifestyle related brain haemorrhages from occurring, whilst generating funds to support ground breaking research to treat them when they do.

 – 9th of July

They’ll be a 1K fun run at 9:30am for children – £5 entry each

Followed by the 10K run which will start at 10:15am – £15 entry each

A medal is included for all participants.

There will be water stations along the route

**All participants run the route at their own risk, the trust or its partners cannot be held liable for any injuries that occur during the event. There will be a first aid point during the event and peoples safety is our number one priority. It is worth noting, that the run will take in several areas of the park; including tarmac paths, grass routes, trail routes and footpaths. Please wear the appropriate footwear – we would recommend non-road running shoes, but the risk and liability remains with the participant. **

The run starts and finishes at Cuerden view café, where you will find a registration point. You must register on the day, where you’ll be given a wrist band, sign a waiver  and provide any information regarding health conditions and emergency contact details. You will not be allowed to participate in the event if you haven’t signed up on the day.

Please car share where possible and use public transport as parking is restricted for the numbers expected. We have 6 car parks across the park if you could use the satellite car parks, consider it a warm up run for the race. Parking at Berkeley drive will be restricted and we cannot guarantee you a car parking space. The park will be operating as normal, so there will be other park users to consider. Please be mindful of others while running in the park, this is not a competitive and we want everyone to get round safely – including those not involved in the event as well. There may be dogs off lead in the park, if you choose to run with a dog – it must be on a short lead throughout the event.

The café will have an altered schedule to accommodate the run, with a normal schedule resuming at 12:00.
